Welcome

Starting June 2025 I began offering 30, 60, and 90 minute Integrative Massage services via my new space at

 Ameliorate, Mind, Massage, Spirit in Hopewell Junction NY.

I concluded my Manual Lymphatic Drainage certification in July 2025 and in August 2025 began offering 30, 60, and 90 minute Manual Lymphatic Drainage sessions as well.  My Advanced MLD certification targeting post oncology surgeries was received in September 2025.

Additional services are offered with Ameliorate's owner, Tiffani Sabellico, whom I've been getting regular massage from for years.
